Built a $30-million brand from $50 and a decision to change. He talks to men straight — about discipline, starting again, and why comfort was never the goal.
Every man remembers the walk.
Somewhere between looking after everyone else and getting through the week, a lot of good men quietly stop doing the hard things that once made them feel alive. Not broken. Not failing. Just drifted.
This is where they come back.
He needs to remember who he is.
Built to remind you who you are.
Most men don't fail. They drift.
Comfort has never made a better man.
We don't give you confidence. We build the room where you earn it back.
You won't come home someone new. You'll come home the bloke you'd forgotten you were.
Co-Founder & Head Coach
Former world champion, with titles across two weight divisions. He's been in the arena — the wins, the losses, the fear — and that's why men listen when he talks.
He's not here to be the hero of your story. He's the guide. The hero is the man who shows up.
Over the last decade he's helped hundreds of men rediscover discipline, confidence and self-belief — in Australia and Thailand.
Les puts it himself:
"I used to live my dream and fight professionally. Now I get to live my dream and train people. If I train you, you're going to get that same love I have for it."
Co-Founder
Business owner. Husband. Father. I built Lock & Load alongside Les because somewhere along the way I realised too many good men spend decades building businesses, careers and families — while quietly forgetting themselves. That's who I am now.
Technical Coach
Thirty-seven years in boxing. One of the coaches who trained Les in the later part of his career — among other fighters who've reached top ten in the world. Husband. Father of five boys. His son Jaqel is on the team with him.
Technical Coach
Brad's son. Active boxer in his own right, and a coach with a presence beyond his age. Hard, fast, willing to work with any man at any level. Off the pads, the most personable bloke in the building.
Performance Coach
Jordan doesn't fight to protect a record. He fights because someone called and asked. Anyone, any weight, any notice. Between fights he disappears into mountain ranges most men can't pronounce.
Recovery & Breathwork
Most men breathe like they're carrying a deadline. Shallow. Fight-or-flight all day. By Wednesday morning at sunrise, our breathwork coach has them breathing in a way most haven't as adults — deep, controlled, deliberate.

The people who love him notice before he's even unpacked the bag. He's lighter. Present. More himself than he's been in years. That's what she's really getting back — not a holiday story. The man. For the long run.
